Our innovative, double-glue style bulk bins are not only functional but they also have more stacking strength than most other comparable bins. The built-in divider seperates product and decreases damage. Click here for more information.
Hazardous Materials require certain standards for handling at all stages of manufacturing and disposal, including shipping. From medical waste to dangerous solvents, these materials require exceptionally high quality, consistent packaging to be shipped to and from their destinations. All of our boxes and complementary packaging supplies meet the highest possible standards, but most HazMat packaging is required by law to be UN certified. At Bates, all of our UN certified boxes are tested by an independent, third-party testing facility.
Although we use an outside lab to certify our UN boxes, we have our own, on-site testing lab to make sure all of our boxes, especially UN boxes, continue to meet or exceed minimum required standards (click here to go to our quality page). Our UN boxes have specific ISO procedures that are more rigorous and frequent than non-UN boxes, including pre-run sheet checks, Mullen and/or edge crush tests and cobb (water absorption) tests.
