Quality Control
At Bates Container, we know that quality is the most important aspect of a corrugated supplier. As such, we do everything we can to ensure our quality meets the expectations of our clients. We have a full scale, dedicated testing laboratory at our headquarters to ensure that all of our products meet or exceed industry standards. We also have smaller labs at our other facilities, which help to keep all of our products within strict tolerances.
We are ISO compliant and we understand that adhering to procedures is of utmost importance. Our ongoing PDQ (Profits Depend on Quality) campaign helps us remember that without quality, we won't have profits.
We encourage all of our customers and potential customers to stop by anytime to see our laboratory and learn more about the many tests we perform. We think it's important for people to know how and why various attributes of corrugated boxes are tested and how we ensure a quality box.
