Quality Control
At Bates Container, we know that quality is often the number one attribute our customers desire in their corrugated supplier. As such, we do everything we can to ensure our quality meets the expectations of our clients. We have a full scale, dedicated testing laboratory at our headquarters to ensure that all of our products meet or exceed industry standards. We also have smaller labs at our other facilities, which help to keep all of our products within strict tolerances.
We are ISO compliant and we understand that adhering to procedures is of utmost importance. Our ongoing PDQ (Profits Depend on Quality) campaign helps us remember that without quality, we won't have profits.
